These terms govern access to ChatTok Gaming tools, including the Live Giveaway Wheel. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and follow the rules of the platforms where you go live.

Subscriptions

The Creator Plan is billed monthly through Stripe. Access may be limited if a subscription is canceled, unpaid, or otherwise inactive.

Creator responsibility

You are responsible for your giveaways, prize rules, viewer communications, and compliance with TikTok, local laws, and any platform policies that apply to your live stream.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but live integrations can be affected by network issues, platform changes, or third-party service interruptions.
