By using ChatTok Gaming, you agree to these terms. ChatTok Gaming provides creator tools and live interactive overlays for entertainment and stream engagement.

Use of the service

You are responsible for how you run giveaways, promotions, and live interactions. You must follow TikTok rules, local laws, platform policies, and any giveaway or contest requirements that apply to you.

Subscriptions

The Creator Plan is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Access may stop if payment fails or a subscription is canceled.

No guarantee of platform availability

TikTok Live connections may depend on third-party systems, live availability, platform changes, and hosting conditions. We work to keep tools reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Giveaways

ChatTok Gaming supplies the wheel tool. We do not sponsor, administer, or fulfill prizes for creator-run giveaways unless clearly stated in writing.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed giveaways, platform outages, or third-party service issues.
